Keep your agents honest.

Every month we run your agent workflows against your own ground-truth set and tell you where they drifted, so you find out before your users do.

First, the honest part.

This line is proven on our own product, not yet on a published client result. We would rather say that than oversell it. The client outcome numbers are not in yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. We run this loop on our own system monthly, which is the only reason we are willing to sell it.

The problem.

Agent quality does not fail loudly. It drifts. A model changes underneath you, a prompt gets edited, an input distribution shifts, and the output is still plausible, still shipped, and quietly worse. Teams find out from a user, weeks later, and then argue about whether it was ever good.

What you get, every month.

  • An evaluation run against your own ground-truth set, scored the same way each time.
  • A drift and regression review: what moved, by how much, and against which cases.
  • Guardrail and prompt-contract updates, with the reasoning for each one.
  • A review of new failure modes, including the ones your ground-truth set does not cover yet.
  • A quarterly review tied to one delivery metric we agree on up front.

What it is not.

This is an advisory retainer and not a managed service. We do not take on-call, we do not do incident response, and we do not operate your agents in production. If your agents break at two in the morning, that is your rota, not ours. We are the people who tell you they are getting worse before that happens.

Why we will not run them for you.

Operating another company's production agents means being permanently available, and we work with two or three clients at a time. A promise we cannot keep at that size is worse than a service we do not offer.

The proof, stated plainly.

We run an evaluation flywheel on our own delivery system: a minimum of 20 ground-truth rows, a calibrated judge, and a monthly read. It is capability proof, and it is not a client outcome metric.

For you if: you already run agent workflows in production and cannot currently say whether they are getting better or worse.

Not for you if: you want someone to operate them, or you have nothing running yet (start with the diagnostic).

We will tell you whether we are the right people for this, and what we would do first. No pitch deck.
