Ship one workflow with agents.

One real delivery workflow running with agents inside your environment, with the evaluation harness that keeps it honest and the measurement that shows what changed. In about four to eight weeks.

First, the honest part.

This line is proven on our own product, not yet on a published client result. We would rather say that than oversell it. The client outcome numbers are not in yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. You would be buying a system we have built and run on our own product, not a percentage we have collected from someone else's.

The problem.

The pilot worked. Then the same prompt gave a different answer the following week, nobody could say whether it was better or worse, and the thing quietly stopped being used. Getting an agent to work once is a demo. Getting one workflow to work every time, with a way to tell when it stops, is a system.

What you get.

  • The agent pipeline itself: the stages, the roles, and the orchestration between them.
  • The artifact contracts passed between stages, so each stage has a defined input and a defined output instead of a prompt and a hope.
  • An evaluation set with a minimum of 20 ground-truth rows and a calibrated judge, so quality is a number and not an impression.
  • Guardrails and human-in-the-loop gates, with a bounded revise limit rather than open-ended autonomy.
  • The operating runbook your team uses to run it without us.
  • The before-and-after measurement, against the baseline from the diagnostic.

All of it in your environment, all of it yours.

What it is not.

We do not operate it for you afterwards and we do not take on-call. We do not build unbounded autonomy, and we do not replace your engineers. And we do not build a workflow the diagnostic ranked as not worth doing, even if you ask.

Start with the diagnostic.

This rung needs a measured baseline, or you get a working system and no way to prove what it changed. If you already hold an equivalent baseline, bring it. If you do not, the diagnostic takes one to two weeks and it is the cheapest thing we sell.

Where agents actually pay off

The proof, stated plainly.

We run exactly this shape on TARANSIT, our own app: a 15-agent, ontology-grounded pipeline running orchestrator to architect to planner to developer, with defined artifacts passed between stages, a verify loop capped at three revise rounds, 16 enforced entity types, human approval gates, and an evaluation flywheel behind it. It ships real features. It is capability proof, not a client outcome metric, and we will open any part of it for you to read before you decide.

For you if: you lead engineering, you have one workflow you can name that would matter if it were reliable, and you want to own the result afterwards.

Not for you if: you want a platform rather than one workflow, you want us to run it in production, or you have not established a baseline and do not want to.

Book a 30-minute call.

We will tell you whether we are the right people for this, and what we would do first. No pitch deck.
