Ship With Agents
Teach your team to ship with agents.
Your engineering team ships with agents reliably, using an auditable method and an evaluation discipline they keep, instead of results that cannot be repeated. In about three to eight weeks.
First, the honest part.
This line is proven on our own product, not yet on a published client result. We would rather say that than oversell it. The client outcome numbers are not in yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can show you is a real system we built and run, and the method behind it, which is the same method we would be teaching.
The problem.
Your engineers are experimenting with AI coding, and it is not becoming reliable, repeatable production practice. Two people get remarkable results and the rest do not, and nobody can explain the difference. Demos work, then the same prompt gives a different answer next week, and nothing is measured.
What you walk away holding.
Your team's own written methodology and template set, plus a working evaluation harness running on one of your real workflows. Not slides, and not a recording.
What you get.
- The methodology transferred: the auditable, multi-phase way we build, written down so your team repeats it without us.
- Hands-on workshops, then pairing and shadowing on one of your live builds.
- An internal playbook and template set your team keeps and edits.
- An evaluation-flywheel runbook: how to keep agents measured, so quality does not drift silently.
- Guardrail and review patterns for bounded autonomy.
What it is not.
We do not build your production workflow for you (that is Ship One Workflow With Agents) and we do not operate anything afterwards (that is Keep Your Agents Honest). There is no generic curriculum here: everything happens on your codebase, on your workflows, or it does not happen.
The proof, stated plainly.
We run a 15-agent, ontology-grounded delivery system on our own product, TARANSIT: an orchestrator, architect, planner and developer passing artifacts, with a verify loop capped at three revise rounds, an evaluation flywheel, and human approval gates. It is real, we run it daily, and it is capability proof rather than a client outcome metric. We teach the method we actually use.
For you if: you lead engineering at a technically-mature team and you want the capability to stay in-house afterwards.
Not for you if: you want a recorded course, a licensed curriculum, or a vendor to own the build.

We will tell you whether we are the right people for this, and what we would do first. No pitch deck.
