Ship With Agents
Where agents actually pay off.
In about one to two weeks, a ranked map of which parts of your delivery pipeline agents can reliably take, which they cannot, and what it would cost to find out. Measured against your own data, including the honest answer that for some teams it is not yet.
First, the honest part.
This line is proven on our own product, not yet on a published client result. We would rather say that than oversell it. What this rung gives you instead of our numbers is yours: it is built on your repository and your workflow data, so the baseline it produces belongs to you whether or not you buy anything else.
The problem.
The question on your desk is not whether agents work. It is which part of your delivery actually gets better if you point them at it, and whether that is worth a quarter of your team's attention. Most answers to that question come from a workshop, a scoring rubric, and a vendor with something to sell at the end of it.
What you get.
- A delivery baseline read from your own repository and workflow data: cycle time, review latency, rework and defect-return rate. Measured, not estimated in a session.
- A ranked agent-opportunity map over your actual pipeline, each item tagged with effort and risk.
- The two or three workflows worth doing first, and why they are first.
- The ones to leave alone, and why. This list is usually the more useful half.
- One readout call to walk through it with whoever has to approve the next step.
What it is not.
We do not build anything in this engagement. We do not advise on tool procurement, and we do not do model selection as a standalone exercise. This is a decision, made on evidence, in under two weeks.
Why it runs on data and not on a workshop.
Reading behavior out of event streams and telling you what it means is the same muscle our product-growth work uses every day, on a clean sample of 16,531 users of our own app. We pointed it at delivery pipelines instead of at user funnels. That is why this rung exists here and not somewhere else.
The proof, stated plainly.
We run a 15-agent, ontology-grounded delivery system on our own product, with artifact passing between stages, human approval gates, and an evaluation set behind it. It is real and we run it daily. The client outcome numbers are not in yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we will not do is quote you someone else's percentage.
For you if: you lead engineering, your team has already tried AI coding, and you need to decide where to point it next with something better than enthusiasm.
Not for you if: you cannot give read access to repository and workflow data, or you want the build without the decision first.

We will tell you whether we are the right people for this, and what we would do first. No pitch deck.
